Actress death: HC calls for reports

hyderabad: a division bench of the high court comprising justice motilal b naik and justice g rohini called for the relevant reports related to actress pratyusha’s death case by monday next. the bench was dealing with a writ petition filed by the all india democratic women’s organisation and a woman advocate. the bench directed the superintendent of gandhi hospital and the director of the forensic labs to produce the relevant autopsy reports and to be present in the court in person on monday.the court also directed the officials to preserve the vaginal swabs of the actress. the bench also ordered notices to be served on care hospital and to pratyusha’s mother.
